My Diet
I get many questions daily about what I eat, and what my diet consists of, so I thought I would post a blog about it. Remember though what works for me may not work for you. We are all-different and have different body types so it might take some Experimenting trying to get the right diet to work but when you find your “Sweet Spot” it is awesome.

Breakfast foods

·      Protein pancakes (1/2 cup oats, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 cup egg whites)

·      Whole wheat Wraps
·      Sandwich thins (whole wheat)
·      Eggs

Dinner

    2. I'm finding a bit difficult to get snacks containing proteins while at work. What would you recommend?

    3. i recommend protein powder, greek yogurt, high quality protein bar, meat, tuna, really anything with high protein is a good option (whole foods of course)
