My goals at the end of this 90 days are to reach 135-140lbs and still maintain 5-6% body fat. i will be eating 2400 calories with ratios 40/40/20 (pro/carb/fat) on most of the days but i will also cycle a couple of days with 2200 calories with ratios 45/30/25. for my full approach click here. lets bring it hard these 90 days! remember Beachbody has Infomercial Spots and one has my name on it ;)
