Alright so we have all heard of nutrient timing i'm sure, its the process of timing your meals with workouts and also lowering carbs throughout the day. Well here is the truth about "Nutrient Timing"
Law 1- It does not effect body composition.
Law 2- Carbs can be eaten anytime of day.
Law 3- Nutrient Timing is a scam and totally irrelevant when talking about if it improves body composition goals.
Yep theres the truth LOL, I know you were expecting more but that is what it is. Now if your talking about nutrient timing for performance goals thats a totally different story, performance is determined around nutrient timing but for body comp it is irrelevant. thanks for reading :)
